Shipping & Returns
Neighborhood Goods is currently offering free domestic shipping and returns.
We typically ship products via USPS or UPS. Unless otherwise marked, most orders are shipped within 24 hours between Monday and Friday.
For our local customers, we also offer on-demand shipping via Postmates, as well as in-store and curbside pickup.
We’re happy to offer free U.S. returns on full-priced items purchased online or in a Neighborhood Goods store, in unused condition, within 21 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
Our warehouse staff will alert us once your returned item has arrived, and we’ll promptly issue a refund or store credit. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account. If your return tracking shows as "delivered" and you have not received a refund, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get you your money back right away.
Can I return my purchase in store?
Full-priced items, excluding those marked as Final Sale, purchased online or in a Neighborhood Goods store may be returned, in unused condition, to any store location within 21 days of purchase. Please note that refunds issued in-store can take up to 2 business days to process.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
To return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order. Kindly note all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email email@example.com as soon as possible.
Final Sale Brands
Some of our brands choose to be final sale in-store and online. We will display signage in-store and messaging online.
For other brands, we have a 21-day return policy.
