Neighborhood Goods is expanding both its physical footprint, as well as its brand assortment. So, whether you'd like to refer a brand to us or share a potential location, we'd love to hear from you.
Have an interesting brand for us?
First and foremost, please feel free to encourage brands to apply to work with us at any time. We have a comprehensive overview of our services online, where brands can submit information and questions for us to review.
If, however, it's a commercial partner of yours and you're looking to place them in a pop-up space, we're open to coordinating with you directly on a commission basis. We'll provide a flat commission commensurate with the duration and Tier of the partnership you provide.
To be clear up-front, though: our terms are fixed and standard, inclusive of generous break clauses, allowance to help with building out space, and more. Worded differently, this isn't a typical lease relationship whatsoever. It's simpler and cleaner. So, we won't be negotiating on traditional real estate deal points.
Nonetheless, with that in mind, if you have a brand you'd like to share with us, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for more locations like the above. We want to find a balance between major metropolitan markets, as well as secondary and tertiary markets across the country.
What are we looking for?
In terms of criteria, we're fairly fluid and loose. But, generally speaking, we look for the following:
Roughly 10,000 sq. ft. of space with compatibility for a full kitchen and bar.
A progressive blend of retail brands as neighbors, as well as gyms, theaters, and restaurants.
We're open to short- or long-term leases, but have historically preferred long-term.
We're primarily focused on domestic opportunities, but are open to unique international opportunities, as well.
If you have something that'd be a good fit, please email us.
