Our corporate team is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Our first store is located at Legacy West in Plano, Texas at 7300 Windrose Ave, Suite A130, Plano, Texas 75024.

🕰 When is the store open?
We are open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for Monday through Saturday each week. We are open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
We are closed each year on January 1, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25.
👀 What will I find at Neighborhood Goods at Legacy West?
At any given time, Neighborhood Goods has over 25 different brands — and their respective products — on display.
Featuring anything from streetwear to women’s contemporary apparel to baby clothes, Neighborhood Goods endeavors to have something for just about everyone throughout the year.

🍽 What is Prim and Proper? When is it open?
Prim and Proper is our restaurant concept, located right in the center of Neighborhood Goods at Legacy West.
It’s open during the same hours as the store (i.e., 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday), but occasionally has modified hours to accommodate events.

✈️ Can I order online?
Absolutely. We offer most of the products available in-store online and in our app. (Not all products are available online for a variety of reasons.)
🧾 Can I order for in-store pick-up?
Yes! When checking out, select in-store pick-up and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection. (It’s typically within 2 hours, assuming the order is placed during the day with adequate time before we close.)
📦 Where do you ship? How much does it cost?
Currently, our shipping is limited to the United States.
Shipping is $5 for orders under $100. It is free for orders over $100.
📬 When can I expect my delivery?
We fulfill online orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receiving the order. (Assuming all items are in stock and available for immediate delivery.)
Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and ought to arrive within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stipulated.
🏷 How can I return/exchange my purchase? Are returns free?
Submit a Support request and we’ll generate a free return label for you.

Neighborhood Goods is currently available on the Apple App Store in the United States. You can find it here.
👩🔬 What does the Neighborhood Goods app do? And how do I use it in-store?
The Neighborhood Goods app is designed to provide an elevated experience for all manner of customers.
For those shopping from around the country, it allows for a streamlined and quick method to shop with Neighborhood Goods.
For those using the app near one of our locations, you’ll find options for RSVPing to our events, as well as ordering for in-store pickup.
Finally, for those visiting us in-store, the Neighborhood Goods app unlocks a broad variety of features, including:
- Self-checkout: Upon opening the Neighborhood Goods app in-store, you’ll find a variety of new buttons and options in the app. For products you add to your cart through the app, you’ll be greeted with the option to have it brought to you in-store. Equally, there’s also a button to activate a barcode scanner, allowing you to peruse the store, add products to your cart, and ultimately have them brought to you wherever you are.
- Help Requests: If you have a question or are looking to have someone help you checkout, you can request for someone to come to you anywhere in the store. We’ll triangulate your location and send someone over momentarily to help.
The Neighborhood Goods app is entirely optional to your experience — we have a great website for ship-to-home orders and we have a delightful team to assist you in-store — but, for those looking for a unique way to interact with us, we think it’s pretty special.
🌏 What does the Neighborhood Goods app track about me?
When you first install the Neighborhood Goods app, it’ll ask for permission to leverage your location.
This allows for us to modify the user interface and design of the app to befit your location around the country. If you’re far away, we’ll show a ship-to-home shopping experience. If you’re nearby, we’ll focus on our events and in-store pick-up. If you’re inside the store, we can show our barcode scanner and other such features.
We are not tracking your location for any other purposes.
Inside the store, if you request help, we’ll use Bluetooth beacons to triangulate your location in-store. But we are not actively “sniffing” for your devices otherwise. It’s only to enable us to help when you request it.
