Our Hi! Protein Smoothie and Other Wellness Goodies

We all know caring for our bodies is one of the most important things that we can do. But it also looks different from person to person. Sometimes a jog around the block, while the sun creeps over rooftops, is the key to improving your internal outlook for the day. For others, a long conversation over the phone with a close friend, as they relax in a face mask, does wonders for their mental health.

What we’re trying to say is that wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation and with that in mind, we arranged a charcuterie board of products that promote mindfulness, a smoothie recipe, and an article on breathing exercises from Headspace to help you feel good.

Calming Breathing Exercises

Lastly, here is a link to an article from Headspace about simple breathing techniques that can help reduce stress. Headspace makes meditation and stress relief accessible and is designed for people who are new to the practice. Right now, for those who are unemployed, Headspace is offering a year of their services for free. It’s a great resource to consider if you’re looking for a way to spice up your wellness game.
