Week 3 Menu - April 1
Spring Curry Udon - To Go
The Spring Curry Udon is a seasonal take on the Japan Curry Udon. Inspired by Chop Chop's love and respect for the street food vendors roasting sweet potato in Hong Kong, we looked locally to introduce a purple sweet potato instead of their orange counterparts. The addition of okra creates an extra layer of texture that is sure to please.
Neighborhood Curry - Dine In
Inspired by Mexican cooking techniques which are core to Texas, Chop Chop's pulled pork is cooked low and slow and paired with pineapple that provides an unexpected, refreshing punch.
