For this month's theme, we're focused on helping you get yourself — and your space — ready for the season.
Featuring Banks Journal, 8Apart, Thousand Fell, Create & Cultivate, Rains, Kinn, and more, you'll be well-set for those transitional days ahead.
Behind the scenes
Want to see more of the looks for Gather the Goods? We shot with Anjali, Norberto, and Kyle from our Legacy West team and you can see more on our blog.
More to come
We'll be releasing more inspiration and collections for Gather the Goods — in-store and online — every week into early November. And that's not to mention drinks specials at Tiny Feast and Prim and Proper, new brand launches, and more.
The Commons Is Back
This holiday season we're bringing back The Commons and creating space at our stores (and online) for local brands and artists who are looking to make up for lost sales, increase their distribution, grow awareness of their business, or otherwise. Apply or nominate local and under-represented brands today.
Wei Da grew up watching her mother bring home coat patterns from a small factory in China and observed as she carefully hand-stitched the entire garment. When she founded her own brand, Pissenlit, Wei knew where to go for thoughtfully constructed coats made with quality materials: the same factory where her mother once worked.
Goods to get you outside. Beardedgoat delivers impeccably designed apparel that seamlessly weaves together comfort, function and performance. The founding team of four still designs all of their products in house with a mission to create the most comfortable performance gear on the market.
HarperSage was built as a retaliation against two terms the founders struggled with - tomboy “comfort” and girly “style.” Together they’ve created a unified look built to balance your soft and strong sides with ease. HarperSage pieces are made ethically in a women-owned factory with a focus on championing the advancement of women.
What is Neighborhood Goods?
We're a department store with a story. We have an ever-changing selection of brands and products, featured online and across our expanding network of stores. Most of them you wouldn't find in stores, let alone on another website.
Online and across our three stores, we are working with more than 100 hand-selected brands. From major international names to direct-to-consumer startups to bootstrapped local concepts, we strive to feature only the most creative, relevant, and elevating brands we can find. Each store features a different selection. And the selection changes all the time.
Our first store opened at Legacy West in Plano, Texas in November 2018. Our second opened at Chelsea Market in New York in December 2019. And our third opened in March 2020 on South Congress in Austin, Texas.
